Unlock
You will unlock this piece of armor by completing your first USC.
Upgrading
You wont be able to upgrade this armor the normal way with Blacksmiths, but instead with each USC that you complete, you will gain an additional 1% to the crafting speed and quality. After you finish all 25 USC, if equipped by a Blacksmith in dungeons it will boost the damage of all non-mages by 25% and the damage of mages by 50%.
